Distance Sales Agreement

The seller is BRNCY, identified below; the buyer is the person ordering at brncy.com. This agreement governs the online sale and delivery of products under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Product characteristics, quantity, tax-inclusive price, payment method and total are shown in the order summary and precontract information.

Delivery is available only to addresses in Türkiye. Outbound shipping within Türkiye is free, with delivery to the specified address or recipient within 7 business days of order confirmation. Choosing another site language does not make international delivery available. The seller bears loss and damage until delivery through the carrier it offers.

The buyer confirms the order acknowledging the obligation to pay; the electronic order forms the agreement. Withdrawal, return and refund terms follow below. Where performance becomes legally impossible, notice is given within 3 days of learning this and all payments are refunded within 14 days of that notice. Being out of stock alone does not establish impossibility.

Disputes may be submitted to consumer arbitration committees within their monetary jurisdiction or to consumer courts after mediation where legally required. The consumer's right to apply at their place of residence and mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

You may withdraw without giving a reason or paying a penalty within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, or before delivery. Notify iletisim@brncy.com, or send written notice or notice on a durable medium. Withdrawal does not require seller approval. Contact us for the return address and instructions; send the goods back within 14 days of your notice.

The hygiene exception applies only to goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons whose protective packaging, tape, seal or similar protection was opened after delivery. Being underwear or socks alone does not remove the withdrawal right. Goods made to your personal specifications are also subject to the statutory exception. Rights concerning faulty or damaged goods remain protected.

Return the product with its accessories and, where available, original packaging, labels and invoice. Your right to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning is preserved; packaging or label condition alone does not automatically remove statutory rights.

For withdrawal returns, you bear no return cost when using the carrier identified in the precontract information. If no carrier was identified, you cannot be charged for returning through any carrier. If the designated carrier has no branch in your area, we arrange collection without additional cost. BRNCY pays return shipping for faulty or damaged goods.

All payments collected, including delivery charges, are refunded within 14 calendar days from handing the return to the designated carrier. If you use a different carrier, the period starts when we receive the goods; for withdrawal before delivery, it starts when we receive your notice. Refunds use the original payment method, in one payment, without fees or obligations for you. Initial shipping within Türkiye is already free.

Exchanges depend on stock availability; you may place a new order after returning the item. These conditions do not limit statutory rights.
