Privacy Policy

BRNCY processes personal data from visits and purchases under KVKK (Law No. 6698) and applicable legislation. Data may include name, email, telephone, delivery/billing address, IP/device details and payment method. Card details are not stored in our system.

Data comes from registration, orders, contact forms, cookies and analytics. It supports order processing and delivery, customer service, site improvement and campaign/promotional messages only for users who have agreed to receive them.

Data may be shared with authorities where required by law and with shipping, payment, hosting and software providers for services. Personal data is not sold or transferred for commercial purposes. It is kept for the processing purpose or legally required retention period, then securely deleted.

You can block cookies in browser settings. Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether data is processed, request information and correction, seek deletion or anonymisation subject to legal conditions, and object to adverse automated outcomes.
